From September 17 to 19, the 16th China (Liangshan) Special‑Purpose Vehicle Exhibition was held at Liangshan International Convention and Exhibition Center. When welding aluminum‑alloys, stainless steel and other non‑ferrous metals, it produces attractive fish‑scale weld beads with superior welding quality.
2. High‑Speed Pulse Welding FunctionFeaturing proprietary HC pulse control technology, rapid current response generates highly concentrated pulsed arcs to improve molten‑pool fluidity and weld fusion, boosting welding efficiency by 30%‑50% compared with conventional pulse welding. Its fast dynamic adjustment supports higher wire‑feeding speed under constant current output and raises welding deposition rate.
3. Deep‑Penetration FunctionBased on proprietary PP pulse control technology, high‑frequency pulses are superimposed onto regular pulses via fast current response, generating highly focused and accurate pulsed arcs to strengthen arc penetration and guarantee full fusion between weld and base metal. Penetration depth can be increased by more than 30% versus ordinary welders. For thick‑plate welding, it reduces groove angle and filler‑metal consumption, saving material costs and improving overall welding efficiency.
During the three‑day exhibition, the WeldTec booth drew tremendous attention and received wide praise from visitors. The show yielded fruitful business results: an agency cooperation agreement was signed with Liangshan’s largest local hardware & electromechanical system integrator and distributor, with an annual sales target of RMB 1 million.
