2024 Welding Industry Dual‑Chain Forum Report: New High‑Efficiency Welding Process and Equipment for Narrow Groove of Steel‑Structure Box‑Section Members

The 2024 China Welding Equipment Industry Chain‑Supply Chain Cooperation & Exchange Forum — Solutions for Intelligent and High‑Efficiency Welding Manufacturing in the Steel‑Structure Industry was held in Chengdu from April 21 to 23, 2024.

Guided by the China Welding Association, China Steel Construction Society and the Chinese Association for Science and Technology Consortium of Intelligent Manufacturing Societies, this forum was co‑hosted by the Welding Equipment Branch of China Welding Association together with the Welding & Connection Branch, the Intelligent Construction & New‑Type Building Industrialization Committee of China Steel Construction Society, the Trade Promotion Committee and the Metal Structure Committee of China Welding Association, Guangdong Steel Structure Association, Hubei Steel Structure Association, Guizhou Prefabricated Building Industry Association, and the Steel‑Structure Branch of Sichuan Prefabricated Building Industry Association. It was co‑organized by the Electric Welding Machine Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association and Welding Home (Dalian) Technical Service Co., Ltd., and undertaken by Chengdu Huayuan Welding Equipment Co., Ltd.

The forum invited 25 experts including Academician Yue Qingrui from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and President of China Steel Construction Society to deliver presentations.
